Six Seventeen is more than a brand. It’s a movement. A space for encouragement. For real change. For healing and becoming. This dedication page is a reflection to honor the ones who helped build the heart behind 6.17. Christopher & Malachi, My sons, you are my greatest reasons. Your light, your questions, and your love have challenged me to grow, heal, and lead with purpose. Watching you become who you are helped me become who I am. Every lesson I pour into 6.17 is deeply rooted in the love I have for you both, and the best part? We’re just getting started. I look forward to all the growth, conversations, laughter, and new memories still to come. You make life meaningful not just with who you are, but with who you’re becoming.

Aunt Mitzi

Aunt Mitzi, you’ve been a constant source of joy, support, and love. You’ve always shown up with your fun spirit, quick wit, and a laugh that fills any room. From carefree moments to real-life talks, our memories are filled with warmth, adventure, and laughter. I look forward to creating even more you’ve lifted me in more seasons than you know, and I’m forever thankful for your presence in my life.

Ms. Yvonne

Ms. Yvonne, a true friend, neighbor, confidant. We’re family. From the moment we met, your presence in my life has been steady, strong, and full of heart. We’ve shared travels, stories, laughter, and real life. You’ve been there through every season through success, struggle, and the moments I wasn’t at my best. Still, you stayed, encouraged me, and reminded me of who I am. I cherish every conversation and every moment we’ve shared. Your words to keep going, to lift my head, to believe and your signature “That’s it!” have been exactly what I needed time and time again. Thank you for beingone of my greatest gifts.

Ranasjea

From day one, we connected not just a friend, but a sister. Our bond is built on laughs, honesty, and shared life experiences that have only made us stronger. I’ve had the joy of watching you grow into the beautiful young woman you are today. Being part of your journey, standing beside you in the delivery room as you brought Lavindar into the world was an experience I will never forget. It’s one I am deeply honored and grateful for. Keep going, keep thriving… you got this.

Dad (In Loving Memory)

Dad, your love wasn’t quiet it was bold, undeniable, and full of pride. Everyone who knew you knew how deeply you loved your kids. You showed up for us with your whole heart, and you never held back your affection or your presence. I never had to wonder where I stood with you. You made it known, with your words, your actions, and your joy in being our father. We even share a beauty mark same place on our face a visible reminder that I carry part of you with me always. You made me feel seen and safe. Your legacy lives in my boldness, my love for family, and my willingness to show up fully. You taught me that real strength is not just being present, but being expressive, open, and proud of theones you love.

Bigmama (In Loving Memory)

Bigmama, you have loved me since I was three, when I came from Connecticut to Louisiana and began living with you on and off during my most vulnerable years. From that moment on, I never felt anything less than completely yours. You helped raise me with grace, wisdom, and unshakable strength. I cherish the countless laughs most of all, the love I needed, and you always knew how to give it. Your unfiltered conversations and southern charm were hilarious and brought so much comfort. Your kitchen was a sanctuary filled with stories and warmth. I still have the church hat you bought me when I was three. You gave so effortlessly to family and community, showing me the true meaning of generosity and I carry those many acts of kindness with me today. Snuggling next to you, I’ve always been your little pooch.

Dillon (In Loving Memory)

Dillon, you were quiet but mighty. A strong, steady presence who always made me feel welcome, safe, and loved. You became a grandfather figure in my life, offering comfort without needing many words. Your care and calm spirit brought peace to every room you entered. You’ll always hold a special place in my heart.
